Come on guys how much longer? My site is timing out ALL the time with these files being copied over. I don't think I have ever received this few orders on my site, I have had 1 order this week. You commit to uptime but this equates to DOWN time No?

Total downtime will be less than 30 minutes and I'll provide as much advanced notice as possible. Stay Tuned.

My concern is very much the same as that of others. Primarily, how long will it take? I have a devotional website and families read this just before leaving for work, school, this could discourage them from logging on. Is there any words of hope I can give them?

Morrigan,

The databases will be copied over after the old server has been shutdown and right before the new server goes live, so they will be up-to-date.

If you upload any files between now and the new server going live you will need to re-upload them when the new server goes live. However, the old server will remain online for several days, so you will be able to get anything missing.

More information will be posted once the file transfer gets closer to completion.
